Bass Edge moves to Outdoor Channel

Fans of Bass Edge will soon be able to watch their favorite show on a new network. Beginning in January 2009, the third season of the show will air on the Outdoor Channel.

“I could not be more excited, joining Outdoor Channel line-up,” said Bass Edge host Aaron Martin. “Their dedication to outdoor programming 24/7, brand recognition with our fan base and desire to promote Bass Edge nationwide makes us feel at home.”

Bass Edge debuted in January, 2007, on Versus Country, and viewership has grown steadily. Bass Edge officials believe the recent move to Outdoor Channel will help increase viewer numbers even more.

“I am appreciative of their commitment to angler education and recognize the value this partnership brings to fishing enthusiasts and Bass Edge fans alike,” Martin said. “We have enjoyed tremendous growth the last two years with Versus, and I am confident Outdoor Channel will build on that momentum.”
